Revocation policy

Right of rescission

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration via e-mail. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke a contract/order, we will reimburse you all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date. It applies the date of receipt of your notification of revocation of a contract/order.
For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No additional fees will be charged due to this repayment.

Please always send corrections of invoice or delivery addresses to the respective email address of the shop operator, which will be communicated to you when placing the order. Possible incorrect details must be reported immediately and before the goods are dispatched. All adjustments will be displayed in your user account.
